1. Who we are

2. Who can use Fadfada

You must be 18 or older. By signing in you confirm this.

3. The characters are fictional

All characters are made up and their replies are generated by AI. They can be wrong, and nothing they say is professional advice (medical, legal, financial, religious, veterinary or psychological). For anything serious, talk to a qualified person. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

4. Fair use

Free accounts have a daily message limit. Don't try to break the service, get around limits, use bots, or make the characters produce harmful, hateful, sexual or illegal content.

5. What you create

Characters and messages you create stay yours, but you give us permission to show them in Fadfada. If you share a character with everyone, other people can chat with it. Don't upload pictures or text you don't have the right to use, and don't create characters that impersonate real private people. We can remove anything that breaks these rules.

6. Group chats

Anyone with a group's code can read and post in it. Only share codes with people you trust.

7. Changes and ending

We can change or stop the service, change the limits, or close accounts that break these terms.

8. No warranty

Fadfada is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses from using it.

9. Law
